Quantum Terms of Service

By accessing this website or purchasing products from Quantum, you fully agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the website and the services and products offered by Quantum.

Quantum retains the right to revoke access to the website and forum at any time, at our sole discretion.

User Representations

By using the Site, you confirm and guarantee that:

• All registration and payment details provided by you will be accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
• You will keep this information accurate and update it as needed.
• You possess the legal capacity to agree to and comply with these Terms of Use.
• You are not a minor in your place of residence, or if you are a minor, you have received permission from a parent or guardian to use the Site.
• You will not access the Site via automated or non-human methods, such as bots or scripts.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Your use of the Site will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If any information provided by you is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of the Site (or any portion of it).

Quantum disclaims all responsibility for activities conducted by users of our services; only the purchaser is accountable for their account and related activities.

Product Usage

Access to Quantum products requires a license key or user account, which must be obtained by purchasing a product through our payment system. Quantum is not responsible for any claims related to the intellectual property of third parties caused by our consumers. In such cases, the consumer agrees to indemnify Quantum for any third-party claims.

You may only use an account on one computer. If your computer is replaced or changed, resulting in an inability to use the account, a Quantum staff member will review your situation and may grant access if deemed appropriate.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Sharing an account with another computer or user, unless authorized by a Quantum staff member.
• Chargeback, claim, or dispute through any of our payment services, including our Merchants of Records.
• Misuse of an account, tampering with our software, or using it for unintended purposes.
• Abuse or misconduct.
• Violation of our community guidelines.
• Working for an anti-cheat company or any entity opposing Quantum.
• Using the software on a virtual machine or with hardware identification spoofers.

We reserve the right to deny access to our websites and products by blocking your account, computer, and network at any time.

Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, purchase, and account information for all transactions made via the Site. You further agree to update your account and payment information promptly, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to facilitate your transactions and our communication with you. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, along with any applicable delivery fees, authorizing us to charge your chosen payment provider for these amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We may refuse any order placed through the Site, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. This may include orders from the same customer account, payment method, or using the same billing or shipping address. Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, or attempts to chargeback or deny payments to your account will result in immediate account disablement, termination, and potential legal action.

Refunds Policy

We reserve the right to deny any refund at any time. Our services provide electronic, digital goods, and as such, we do not offer refunds for used digital goods. Refunds will not be provided for partial usage of the services. Please ensure that the subscription you are purchasing meets your needs.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order if the goods or services have not been delivered.

Downtime Compensation

We reserve the right to deny downtime compensation and/or requests to pause software license keys.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs all access to and use of the software from Quantum ("Software"). Please read this EULA carefully and accept all terms and conditions outlined below before downloading, installing, and using the Software. By downloading the Software, you agree to become the licensee of this EULA and consent to be bound by all its terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download the Software.

This EULA is a legally binding contract between you and Quantum.

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, you and Quantum agree as follows:

You acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests in the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Software reside at all times with Quantum.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Marks") appearing on the Software or the Quantum website are registered and unregistered marks of Quantum or third parties. This EULA does not grant you any right to use any Mark displayed on the Software or the website.

Quantum grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive license during the term of this EULA to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the limitations set forth herein. Quantum grants non-exclusive licenses, not exclusive licenses or assignments. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.

Limited Use

You may not use the Software for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use. You may not disclose the Software, alter it in any way (including disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering), translate, adapt, modify, lease, rent, loan, redistribute, sub-lease, sub-license, or create derivative works from the Software. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose. Your license to use the Software is immediately revoked, without notice, in the event of a breach of this EULA.

General Terms

Either party may terminate this EULA upon notice to the other. In the event of termination, all licenses under this EULA immediately terminate, and you agree to stop accessing or using the Software and to uninstall and delete the Software from any device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Quantum provides the Software on an "as is," "as available" basis. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, usability, or reliability of the Software. You are advised that the Software, while deemed reliable, may contain errors and is subject to revision at all times. We expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
